Regional TI

Attention Parentswe were able to secure a final draft of room assignments and event schedule last night.  Attached are the most  recent documents to help you know what’s going on and where.  Attached also are maps to the church in Columbus.

 

Registration starts at 8:30AM… Which means  we will be leaving Goasis in Ashlandpromptly at 7:15am… please come a little early 7:00amso we can leave on time.

If I remember right, Trabue Rd to the left is one stop sign before the one for the right… something to look out for- the first rt. turn will put you into a housing development and not look the part.

 

It cost us $18 to have the students participate at each TI event.  For this one, we have asked the students to provide $10of this cost and I will cover the difference from the youth account.  If this is a problem please give me a call.

 

Remember that there will be a concessions stand available throughout the day.  All proceeds go to Maranatha Youth and their mission’s trip.  Therefore it will be the responsibility of the youth to find time and get lunch within their schedule. I believe they have Chic-fil-a available YUM.

 

Finally, my wife Katie will be putting together all the paperwork for this Event…. If something has changed or you have questions please contact her before Friday concerning this paperwork.
